Set against the spectacular backdrop of the Gower Peninsula and overlooking the coastal scenery of Carmarthen Bay, the Park has been transformed into one of Wales’s top visitor attractions providing a unique blend of coast and countryside. As at Bryn Bach high quality off road sprint and full tri courses will be on offer, again forming part of the outstanding Scott Xtri series, with the added plus of a sea swim (close your eyes and imagine you are in Maui!)
Full distance: 1000m Sea Swim, 30km Bike and 10k Beach Run
Sprint distance: 500m Sea Swim, 15km Bike and 5km Beach Run
